Deer Hunting

October – November – Bow Only: $2,200 for 3 days
December (Pre & Prime Rut) – Bow or Gun: $4,800 for 3 days
Holiday Hunt (Prime-Rut) – Bow or Gun: $6,000 for 3 days
January (Prime-Rut) – Bow or Gun: $4,800 for 3 days
January (Late-Rut) – Bow Only: $2,600 for 3 days

*Hunter has opportunity to harvest one trophy buck and one management buck per each 3 day hunt. We also shoot a great number of does each year.
**No trophy fees

Turkey Hunting

Mid-March – May (1 Gobbler): $1,800 for 2 days

Alligator Hunting

7′ or less: $2000 for 2 days
7′ – 9′: additional $1000 trophy fee
9′ – 11′: additional $2500 trophy fee
11′ – 12′: additional $3000 trophy fee
12′ – 13′: additional $4000 trophy fee
13′ plus: additional $5000 trophy fee
State Record: additional $7000 trophy fee
Guide fees *: $100 per foot

* Guide fees include videoing, skinning and processing. Alligator season is during the month of September. $2000 covers 2 day hunt and any alligator shot that measures between 4′-7′ or less. See above for trophy fees regarding alligators over 7′.

Guide Fee Schedule

Deer Guide: $75 for ½ day – $450 for 3 days
Turkey Guide: $75 for ½ day – $300 for 2 days
Small Game Guide (Fishing, Dove, Squirrel): $75 for ½ day
Alligator Guide: $100 per foot
Customary Gratuity for Cook: $50 for 3 days
Customary Gratuity for Housekeeping: $20 for 3 days
